Deborah Pollock has cultivated a successful career in accounting and finance and manages Neobiosis’ finances, including bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial planning. She prepares forecasts and budgets, tracks cash flow, manages financial risks, maintains record-keeping and financial reports, and proposes strategic direction.

 Ms. Pollock specialized in the hospitality industry and played a key role in the opening of 26 hotels, and 4 major casinos in the US, Canada and the Bahamas. She has excelled in the role of Controller for over 12 years, contributing to the success of single and multi-unit hotels, resorts, casinos and business establishments. In 2008, Ms. Pollock formed her own consulting business, providing expert advice for revenue enhancement, remediation, and strategies for improvement. She is a specialist in internal and operational audits. She has been a featured speaker for the regional conferences with the Choice Hotels Owner Council.

Ms. Pollock is a US Army Medical Corps veteran, and magna cum laude graduate of D’Youville College in Buffalo. She is member of the Miami Beach, FL and New Haven, CT Rowing Clubs, and a partner in a thoroughbred horse with Dream Maker Racing. She volunteers with the Miami Beach para-rowing team for the disabled, the New Haven, CT youth rowing team, and women’s veteran organizations. She is an avid cook, gardener and jazz enthusiast.
